2006 NBA All-Star Game was the 55th NBA All-Star Game held on Febuary 19, 2006 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, home of the Houston Rockets. Trailing by 21, the Eastern Confrence led by star LeBron James won in a 122-120 victory. James (only 21 years old) scored 29 points and was named All-Star MVP, the youngest recipiant in All-Star Game history. With the scored tied, the Miami Heats Dwayne Wade hit the winning lay up with 16 seconds left, Wade finished with 20 points. The Houston Rockets Tracy McGrady had the game-high 35 points. The Detriot Pistons tied a record with the 1999 Los Angeles Lakers by sending four players to the All-Star Game.
