James Mikely Montell Posey, Jr. (born January 13, 1977) is an American retired Small Forward who last played for the Indiana Pacers. He is a retired assistant coach for the Canton Charge, the Cleveland Cavaliers's D-League affiliate. He won two championships with the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics in 2006 and 2008, respectively and won one as an assistant coach with the Cavaliers in 2016.
