The Orlando Pro Summer League is a professional basketball league run by the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association (NBA) each summer following the NBA Draft. Teams consist of players who have been in the league for 3 years or fewer as well as newly drafted talent.
The league is one of two summer pro leagues in the United States. The other summer league is the Las Vegas Summer League (run by the NBA). Up until 2008, the Rocky Mountain Revue (run by the Utah Jazz) operated until it was cancelled in 2009 due to declining participation.[1]
The Orlando Summer League named a champion for the first time in 2013 with the Oklahoma City Thunder defeating the Houston Rockets 85-77.[2][3]
