Thomas P. "Tommy" Byrnes (February 19, 1923 – January 9, 1981) was an American professional basketball player. He played for the New York Knicks in 1946–47 season during it's first season of the franchise. He also played for the Indianapolis Jets, Baltimore Bullets, Washington Capitols and Tri-Citi Blackhawks.
